This website allows you to purchase original paintings as well as prints of paintings.

•⁠Available options include:
•⁠ Prints of paintings on rolled canvas.
•⁠ Stretched canvas print on a wooden frame.
•⁠ Framed canvas print.
•⁠ Prints on aluminum panels (glossy or matte finish).

•⁠Terms of Use:
•⁠ Use of the website and the services offered are subject to the terms detailed here.

•⁠ Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

•⁠Purchase Process:
•⁠ The purchase process begins when the customer enters the product page.
• ⁠On the product page, the customer will see product images on the left and product options on the right.
•⁠ The customer is required to select the type of product they wish to purchase.
•⁠ If the product is a print and not an original painting, the customer will select the size of the product.

•⁠ Sizes are clearly displayed to enhance the purchasing experience.
•⁠ Product images will show the available sizes for purchase, which are displayed in inches and centimeters.

•⁠ Each size will have a number that will be added to the size selection window.
•⁠ After making their selections, the customer will click on the purchase button,

which leads to the payment page where they will fill in their personal details.

•⁠Payment Information:
•⁠ The website supports various payment methods through a secure payment system provided by Tranzila Ltd.
•⁠ Each product will display a price that includes VAT (Value Added Tax).
•⁠ Shipping fees will be added to the product price at the time of purchase.

•⁠ Shipping fees are 60 NIS for delivery within Israel and 260 NIS for delivery to any other country.

•⁠Invoice Receipt:
•⁠ After completing the transaction, the invoice will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.

•⁠ The received invoice confirms the purchase and provides all the transaction details.

•⁠Return Policy:
• ⁠Products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

•⁠ In the event of a defect, the product can be exchanged.
•⁠ To help customers who are unsure if the painting will fit,

there is an option to simulate the painting on the wall through an app called Artvizualizer.

•⁠ most of the product pages are supporting this feature.

• to start the visualizing procces you have to click on "Click Here To View on Your Wall".

•Payment Cancellation Policy:
• Customers can cancel the payment during the same business day of the purchase,

or as long as the printing process has not yet begun.

•Customer Responsibility:
• The customer acknowledges that the final product may differ,

from what is seen on the website and on various screens.
• The color and brightness of artworks presented on computer screens, mobile phones, tablets,

or other devices may appear differently in print:
◦ Colors and brightness are calibrated according to international standards.
◦ Display and print settings are adjusted to suit each media type.
• The user agrees to refrain from unauthorized use of any information displayed on the site,

that may infringe on any rights.
• It is prohibited to transmit any information to the artist through the site and/or other means that is:
◦ Illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or racist.
◦ Material that infringes on privacy or encourages criminal behavior.

•⁠ The user agrees not to transmit any information containing malicious software:
◦ Viruses, worms, time bombs, or any other harmful material that could disrupt the function of the site,

or the artist's computer systems.
• The user must avoid any legal violations and/or regulation breaches when using the artist's services.

•Ownership and Operation:
• The information presented on the website is the exclusive property or license granted to the artist.
• It is prohibited to copy and/or publish any part of the information without prior written consent from the artist.
• All services and/or information provided to website users are for private, non-commercial use only.
• The artist reserves the exclusive right to make any changes to the site at any time, for any reason,

without prior notice and without any liability on their part.
• Any use of the information from the site, whether for profit or not, is strictly prohibited,

unless approved in advance and in writing by the artist.

•Warranty Conditions:
• All printed works are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.
• There is a warranty for color fading for one year from the date of purchase, which applies to fading only.
• The warranty does not cover physical damage to the work such as hits from objects, water damage,

or improper maintenance.
• No warranty is provided for physical damage or break in the frame caused by improper use.
• No warranty is provided if the work has been exposed to direct sunlight.
• No warranty is provided in case of cracking on printed works on glass or edge damage on an any artwork,

due improper installation or handling.

•User Responsibility:
• The user is solely responsible for any claim, demand, or lawsuit that may be brought against the artist,

and/or anyone on their behalf by any third party, for any reason directly,

or indirectly related to the information transmitted by the user to the artist.

This includes but is not limited to:
◦ Use of graphical elements, text.
◦ Infringement of copyrights or trademarks.
◦ Use of offensive elements violating public order or sentiments.
Consequently, the user will indemnify the artist, their employees, managers, or anyone on their behalf,

for any damage, payment, or expense incurred by them, including legal fees.

• The entire website, including information provided and available to the user, is provided as is.

The artist and the website make no representations and are not responsible, express or implied, for:
◦ A. Information contained on the site.
◦ B. Information and operations accessible through the website.
◦ C. Any information or service that can be accessed via a link from the site.
